The conference scholarships provide financial assistance for educational opportunities, conference fees, lodging and accommodations for participants who would not be able to attend without some financial assistance. Scholarship nominations are due on January 18th.
The scholarships listed below provide financial assistance for educational opportunities, lodging, and accommodations during the conference:
- Austin Area Mental Health Consumers Lodging Scholarship (1-night hotel stay)
- The Wood Group Educational Scholarship ($500; 2 scholarships available)
- Michele Bibby Person in Recovery Educational Scholarship ($500)
- RR Coleman-Calahan Lodging Scholarship ($300)
Scholarships are open to anyone pursuing educational opportunities in need of assistance or who cannot attend the conference due to financial constraints. The award committee gives special consideration to individuals who have a professional background or interest in mental health or social services.
